The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area and close to the beach, with easy access to restaurants and everything in Cairns, including the CPAC concert venue. The rooms are spacious and modern, but the lounge area lacked amenities. The service provided by Brett, the manager, was exceptional. Dining offered freshly baked bread. The facilities were convenient, though affordability could be improved.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel in Cairns. The location is superb, situated in a quiet area yet just a few minutes from the city center, shops, restaurants, the CPAC concert venue, and an easy walk to Esplanade for dining and bars. The rooms are cozy and well-serviced, while the dining experience, particularly with fresh seasonal fruits, was a highlight. Although the facilities were top-notch, a minor downside was the pricing structure.
